Messages are printed on invoices and customer statements. To view or modify messages, select Messages Maintenance from the Maintenance menu. The Message Selection Table is displayed.

Messages can be added or modified by pressing the Insert button to add a new message or by pointing to an existing message and then pressing the Change button to view or modify the selected entry. In both cases the Message Maintenance Form is displayed.
The Message Maintenance form is a multi-page form with data grouped under tabs. Select a tab to view the data on that page.

The General tab displays the unique message number and a title for this message.
Note that message numbers 01 through 04 are reserved for dunning messages for follow up customer statements.

The Message tab displays the associated message.
