The Flooring Type field will appear inside a quote if the Square Ft Cost Method is selected.

The Auto Compute Flooring Cost checkbox can be force checked if the Flooring Type default setting is checked.

Select the FLOORING TYPE from the drop-down field. The Auto Compute Flooring Cost checkbox may be automatically checked if checked in the Flooring Type Default settings.

 

Otherwise, the user has the option to use the AUTO COMPUTE FLOORING COST checkbox and the cost factors and minimums set for the Type of Flooring selected will be used for the Job Item Calculations. Else if the AUTO COMPUTE FLOORING COST checkbox is not checked the the standard AUTO CALC default settings will be used.
