Entering and Editing Millworx and Milling Job Item Defaults

 

Millworx has a table for storing default or static information that should appear with each item that is to be quoted.

 

The following image shows the current DEFAULT fields:

 

To add or change the default information, select the MAINTENANCE menu option (example below).

 

Navigate to the General menu option under FILE > Maintenance:

 

Click on the [CHANGE] button and the edit window will open.

 

 

LUMBER SELECTION REQUIREMENTS (LSR)

 

Use the lookup button to the left of the LSR field to open the Lumber Selection Requirements table.

If the [ ] Auto Compute Cost is checked additional cost may be added to the quote based upon the Cost Factor and the Cost Method selected.

 

FUMIGATION IS REQUIRED

 

Change the DEFAUT values as needed. Click on the [OK] button to SAVE.
