Production comments provide up to 512. Production comments are not intended for customer documents.

 

The DATE field is intended to reflect the date of the comments or when the comments change.

 

The availability of the PRODUCTION COMMENTS is now controlled by the USER Security module. Therefore, if the user has the appropriate security level and settings for this field then the field is activated. Otherwise, the field will appear dimmed and are unavailable.
