The Transport Record Form is used for recording purchase materials from a Vendor location to a Company designated location.
The Transport Record Form may be printed by using the Report Manger Menu or from the RFQ Table.
The Transport Record Form is used for recording purchase materials from a Vendor location to a Company designated location.
| 1. | First select the appropriate RFQ/PO from the Table. |
| 2. | Edit the Ship To or Will Call location so your driver will have the correct information for the pickup. |
| 3. | Edit the Contact Name and provide a mobile telephone # if possible. |
| 4. | Save and Close the RFQ/PO. |
| 5. | With the appropriate record highlighted click on the [Transport Form] button. |
